Anthony Robbins Writes Foreword to Max Contraction Training

Peak performance coach extraordinaire and multi-million copy selling author, Anthony Robbins (Awaken the Giant Within) has written the foreword to John Little’s magnum opus on strength and bodybuilding, Max Contraction Training. Robbins had worked with John before, featuring Little’s innovative Static Contraction Training method on one of his renowned “Powertalk!” videos. When Robbins learned of John’s latest innovation he requested to read the manuscript right away and agreed to write the foreword to the book! Robbins has traveled the world many times over and coached or counseled everyone from presidents to Fortune 500 business executives to world-class athletes, working quite literally with “millions” of people. Robbins is also one of those individuals who doesn’t have time to waste on non-productive or needlessly time-consuming workouts to keep in shape and be fit, trim and healthy.
