JOHN LITTLE
John
Little is the creator/innovator of the Max
Contraction Training method of
bodybuilding/strength training. He is the author
of over 30 books on bodybuilding, martial arts,
history and philosophy and has interviewed and
worked with every major champion bodybuilder and
strength athlete during the past twenty years,
from Paul Anderson, Doug Hepburn and John Grimek,
to Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno, Steve
Reeves and Mike Mentzer. Little's books have sold
in excess of 600,000 copies and are published in
several languages.
Little is also an award-winning
documentary filmmaker and his articles have been
published in every major health and fitness
publication in North America. He is a monthly
columnist for Ironman magazine and continues on
in the vanguard of research and education on the
science of efficient and productive bodybuilding.
