THE PHILOSOPHY OF BODYBUILDING
In 1986 John Little was the first to overtly inject philosophy into bodybuilding by writing a column in a British publication entitled "The Philosophy of Bodybuilding," wherein he used reason and logic to take on religion and bogus training beliefs that were unsupported by science. In this course, John examines the role of philosophy on the scientific method, revealing that science without philosophy is blind, and philosophy without science is meaningless. Attention is given to Aristotle's Law of Non-Contradiction and Law of Identity. While not recommended for beginners to Max Contraction Training, nor for those who simply wish to be told how to train with Max Contraction, it is highly recommended for those who wish to learn to think and evaluate independently and not take everything on faith.
